Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange for size issues, manufacturing defects, or wrong item received. Request within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags & packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind, limited drops/exclusives, or used/damaged items.

2. Share order ID + photos
3. Approval & pickup arranged
4. Replacement shipped after inspection

Refunds

Refunds issued only if replacement unavailable or severe defect confirmed. Processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
